すごく疑問なんですが、こういう外国人が経営する飲食店って、なんで駅の近くの一等地に開店できるんですか？
日本人がお金貯めて店を始めるとなっても、なかなか借りられない立地ですよね。
特にアジア系の店は必ず駅前（路地ではあるが）に開店する。
